Your brand is right. Your website does not sell it yet.
Prepared for Chance at LillyBug Home. Austin, TX.
The whole thing, on one screen.
Your website plan for LillyBug Home: a rebuilt site on the brand you already paid for, with the groundwork for the monthly work done at the same time.
What you asked for
- Leads coming in, at a price that works, as soon as possible
- Real service pages for plumbing and electrical, without paying more for every page
- A full page for every job you finish, pulled from ServiceTitan
- Your YouTube videos on the site without anyone doing it by hand
- Authority from day one against companies like Radiant
What we recommend
The Refresh. One design on your brand, built from sites you like, every page rewritten around what homeowners search for and need to book, booking on every page, and eight new plumbing and electrical pages. While we build it, we set up Domination at no charge, so your Google profile, Google's pay-per-lead ads and your search campaigns are ready the day the site goes live.
After it is live, the lane we would put you on is Swarm Domination at $4,997 a month. That starts when the site does, and it is not part of what you are approving today.
Everything under this is the working. What you said, what we found, every page and what happens to it, and the money line by line.
We counted every page. All 38 of them.
Counted off your own sitemap, page by page.
7 things we found. All of them fixable.
| What we found | See it |
|---|---|
| A "We're working on our new website" page is live and open to Google It is 30 words long and it is listed in your sitemap, so Google is being told it is a real page. | /lp/ |
| Your home page title says HVAC only The big heading names all three trades, but the title Google shows says heating and cooling. Two of your three trades are hidden in search. | / |
| Every Schedule button goes to a contact form There is no way to pick a time. A homeowner with a dead AC fills out a form and waits, or calls the next company. | /contact-us/ |
| Plumbing and electrical have one page each Heating and cooling has nineteen pages. Plumbing and electrical have one each, so a search like "water heater repair" or "panel upgrade" has nothing to land on. | /plumbing/ |
| What a homeowner needs to decide is buried on your service pages The price, the reasons to pick you and the booking button sit deep inside each page, after a lot of general reading. The rebuild puts what a homeowner needs first and keeps everything Google needs to trust the page. | /hvac/repair/ |
| 22 of the 27 images on your home page have no description Screen readers and AI tools read those descriptions. The accessibility toolbar on the site does not fix this, and it is not the same as being ADA compliant. | / |
| Your site gives two different ZIP codes The business details built into the home page list both 78736 and 78746. Google and the AI tools trust a business less when its details do not match. | / |
Every one of these is on your site right now. The links open it.
Your call, turned into scope.
| What you said | What we are doing about it |
|---|---|
| "We need we just need leads coming in." | Every page gets a way to book, not just a form, and every call is tracked to the page that produced it. The ad groundwork is done during the build, so paid leads can start the week the site goes live. |
| "I'm limited on my service pages" | Eight new plumbing and electrical pages are in this build. After launch, the monthly plan adds new pages every month, all included in its price. You only pay for a page when you want more than your plan adds. |
| "creating dynamic whole pages around projects would be sick." | The site is built with a job page ready. On Domination, every finished job in ServiceTitan becomes its own page with the photos, the story, the town and the service, within two weeks of us getting access. |
| "there's no manual labor to it." | When a new video goes up on your YouTube channel, it gets its own page on your site with the video and a write-up from what was said in it. Nick films, the system does the rest. |
| "It doesn't look bad, it's on brand." | We keep the brand you paid for: the logo, the colors, the look that matches the vans and the uniforms. What changes is how each page is built, so a homeowner finds the answer, the reason to call you, and the button to book, right where they look for them. |
| "If we need to start slow the first couple of months in order to get things set up so we can go fast" | That is the plan. The build weeks are the setup weeks: your Google profile, the pay-per-lead paperwork, the ad plan and the content plan all get done while the site is being built, so launch day starts fast. |
Your words, not ours. We wrote them down as you said them.
Broken pages don't send an invoice. They just stay quiet.
These are estimates and they are labelled as estimates. We will not put a number in front of you that we cannot show the working for.
One price. The whole site. Done right.
How it is paid
| Payment | Amount | When |
|---|---|---|
| To start | $6,250 | On signature |
| At design sign off | $3,125 | When you approve the design |
| At launch | $3,125 | The day the site goes live |
The Clone, $5,000
Every real page you have today moved onto a fast site you own, looking and reading exactly as they do today, with the placeholder pages removed and every image described. About three weeks.
It copies the problems too: the same pages where the booking button is buried, the same form instead of booking, the same single page for plumbing and for electrical. You would pay to move the site, then pay again to fix what you moved.
Every page on the list below is included. Want a page that is not on it? It is $300 a page, and we quote it before we build it.
3 rounds of changes are included, and anything past that is $100 an hour, quoted before we touch it.
This price holds until October 25, 2026.
All 46 pages, and what happens to each.

From your own crawl, and what you told us to keep.
Where the money goes. All of it.
Every hour we bill is on this page. There is no line called miscellaneous.
You keep everything Google already trusts.
One design, never an A and a B. You show us sites you like, we build the look and feel from them on your real pages, and we shape it together from there.
Three full rounds of changes are included, each at a set point in the build:
- After the first design: the look and feel, so we get the direction right before the rest is built.
- After the whole website is built: all of your feedback on every page, in one list.
- After those changes: the final tweaks before it goes live.
Each round is one list of everything you want changed, so nothing gets lost between emails. A change past the third round is $100 an hour, quoted before we touch it.
You own the site, the pages, the words and the photos. It sits on your account with your domain in your name, from the first day.
We build with AI, and that is why this moves as fast as it does and costs what it costs. The same tools stay with you afterwards, so adding a town or changing a price is something your office can do without paying anybody.
After launch the site keeps learning: it reads what people actually ask and search, and the pages that bring in calls get more support every month.
The move, without the horror story.
Your current site stays up the whole time. The new one is built beside it and we only point your domain at it once you have seen it and said go.
3 pages come off the site. Their addresses do not go dark. Each one forwards to the page that replaces it, so anybody who saved a link, and Google, still land somewhere real.

Every address you have today lands somewhere. None of them are left to 404.
What takes so long on the refresh?
About six weeks, and most of it is the writing. Forty three pages get rewritten around what Austin homeowners search for, eight of them brand new, and every old address has to forward to its new one so nothing Google already knows about is lost.
You see your design in week two, built from the sites you told us you like. The groundwork for the monthly work runs at the same time, so none of those six weeks are wasted.
You asked this on the call.
Service Titan, do you guys integrate with service?
Yes. We connect to ServiceTitan so finished jobs turn into pages, and so calls can be matched to booked jobs and revenue. Where ServiceTitan already does a job well, like review requests and follow up texts, we use it instead of selling you a second system.
You asked this on the call.
Do videos on YouTube, linked back to the website, give a newer company an edge?
Yes, and more than most owners think. The words said in a video get read by Google and the AI tools. When each video also gets its own page on your site, that page carries those words, the town and the service, and it is one more real thing Google can point to.
You asked this on the call.
We are not selling you a second review and follow up system.
ServiceTitan can already ask for reviews and follow up on quotes that did not close. Tell us which of its add-ons you are buying and we will use them. We answer every review on your Google profile ourselves.
Six weeks. You approve every step.
| When | What happens | You |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Kickoff call. You show us sites you like. We collect access to the site, your Google profile, ServiceTitan and YouTube, and start work on your Google profile | One hour, and your examples |
| Week 2 | Your design: the look and feel on your brand, built from your examples, on your real pages | Round 1 of changes: the direction |
| Weeks 3 to 4 | Every page written and built, the new plumbing and electrical pages first | Send job photos as you have them |
| Week 5 | The whole site ready to review, with booking, call tracking and forms wired. The ad plan and the pay-per-lead setup are ready to switch on | Round 2 of changes: all your feedback, one list |
| Week 6 | Final tweaks, then go live. Every old address forwards to its new page, and the monthly work starts | Round 3 of changes, then you say go |
After it is live. The monthly starts at launch, not before.
You are approving a website today. Nothing monthly is billed up front, and the first month starts the day the site goes live, not before. What does start now is the groundwork, at no charge, so launch day is not a cold start. If you decide you never want the monthly, the site is still yours and it still works.
While we build, at no charge
- Your Google profile worked from the day we get access: posts, photos, services and review replies
- The paperwork for Google's pay-per-lead ads, so they can switch on at launch
- Your Google Ads plan: the campaigns, the searches, the landing pages and the budget
- Your content plan: which pages and articles come first, month by month
- ServiceTitan and YouTube connected, so job and video pages can start right after launch
- No onboarding fee for any of it
- 20 articles a month, answering what Austin homeowners ask
- 8 new service and town pages a month
- Your Google profile posted to every day
- Every review answered
- Everything in Pro
- Google's pay-per-lead ads for all three trades
- Up to 3 Google search campaigns, each with its own landing page
- Ads that follow up with visitors who left without calling
- A page for every finished ServiceTitan job
- A page for every new YouTube video
- Ad spend is paid to Google on your card, separate from this
If you want to go after this market properly, Swarm Domination at $4,997 a month is the one we would put you on.
Pro and Domination write the same amount every month. Domination adds paid search and job pages, which is what brings in leads while the free search results are still growing. Free search takes months to build. Ads start the week the site goes live.
We recommend starting at $3,000 a month
Google charges your ad spend to your card directly, every month, in an ad account that is in your name. It never passes through us, and you can see every dollar of it. That covers pay-per-lead ads for all three trades plus the HVAC repair campaign, from launch week.
Up to 3 Google search campaigns are included in the plan. Each one gets about $1,500 a month of ad spend of its own, and we open the next one when the last one has thirty days of results. A campaign past the included ones is $500 once for its landing page and setup, then $300 a month to run it.
The pages each plan adds every month are included in its price. Any page past that is $300 a page, quoted before we build it.
On every lane, done for you
You do not log in, you do not write anything, and you do not post anything. That is what done for you means here, and it is the same on both.
- Every new page and article written and published for you
- Call tracking on every number, so a call is attached to the page that produced it
- A monthly report you can read in three minutes
- Full access to the live dashboard, any time you want to look
- A customer success manager who knows your account by name
Every call and every booking is tracked back to the page or ad that produced it. You do not have to take our word for what is working, and neither do we.
- Your CallRail numbers stay, and every call is recorded and tied to its source
- A live dashboard you open whenever you want, not a PDF once a month
- What each booked call from ads cost you
- Tied into ServiceTitan, so once a job is booked and closed the dashboard shows revenue by channel
That last one needs your ServiceTitan connected and your team booking every call in it. We set it up and show them how. Without it we can show you calls, but not dollars, and we would rather say so now.
Hosting is included in any of those lanes at no extra charge. On its own, with no monthly, it is $49 a month. Either way it sits on your own account and your domain stays in your name where it belongs.
Month to month, and you can stop any time. 14 days notice and it ends. No year to sign and no penalty for leaving. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to it.
You own all of it. Leaving is easy.
Leave any time, fourteen days notice. We hand you the full site files and a one page moving guide, and your domain never leaves your account. Nothing goes dark because you stopped paying us.
- Every page we promised is published and you can open it
- Every old address forwards to the page that replaced it
- Every call and booking is tracked to the page or ad that produced it
- Your Google profile has been posted to every day since we got access
- Job pages are going up from ServiceTitan on their own
We will not promise you a number of calls by a date. On a site this new that is a guess, and you have probably been sold one before.
Ready when you are.
Tell me the plan and the price are right, and the deposit link comes with the reply.
Nothing happens and nothing is owed. The seven findings above are yours to keep, and you can hand them to anybody.
